Where the BEAT & the MOUNTAINS collide.
Come witness New Zealand's finest Drum & Bass acts at quite possibly the most amazing new music venue in NZ.
Nestled high up in the hills of Richmond you will find The Silvan Steps Amphitheatre.
With panoramic scenic views spanning all across Tasman Bay from D'urville Island over to Farewell Spit & beyond to the north, for hundreds of kilometres to the south & to the west where the sun goes down in the peak of summer...the view alone is spectacular!
How do we get there you ask? Well part of the ticket price includes shuttle buses leaving the Event Entry / Ticketing point at the Saxton Velodrome & 10 minutes later you arrive up the hill at the venue. This is the only way to get up to the venue & back down.

🎵TICKETS🎵
Part of your ticket includes a shuttle bus to & from the venue.
The Event Entry / Ticketing point is at the SAXTON VELODROME. This is where buses will depart to the venue from & bring you back to when you are ready to leave the event.
Your ticket gains you free entry onto the shuttle buses.
When arriving at the ticketing area/bus departure point please have the 7am Passport App downloaded to your phone, ready to be scanned.
Have your phone brightness turned up on your phone.

🎵LOCATION🎵
The event will be held at Silvan Steps Amphitheatre. THE ONLY WAY TO ACCESS THIS EVENT IS AT SAXTON VELODROME WHERE YOU CAN CATCH A BUS TO & FROM THE EVENT.
Your ticket gains you free entry onto the shuttle buses. Buses will be going to the venue & back constantly when required. There will be a no-pass-out rule at this event so make sure you have everything you need!

Drop-offs by taxis or private vehicles are permitted at SAXTON VELODROME, look out for signage and please be safe. A public bus drop point is a 2-minute walk from SAXTON VELODROME.

For fast, efficient and safe service, we are operating an almost completely CASHLESS EVENT. Bring your debit or credit card to avoid waiting in queues. VERY LIMITED tills to pay with cash will be available. This keeps your queues short and works great for events... more time for the music.

CHAIRS ARE NOT PERMITTED. Blankets,& beach towels are permitted. Please be courteous and conscious of space. If you require a seat then please message the promoter Elsewhere NZ.

NO BYO Food or Drink allowed. Empty Water Bottles Will Be Accepted. There will be plenty of food and beverage options on-site. There will also be plenty of Free Water available on-site at multiple locations.

In order to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone, the promoter reserves the right to deny entry or remove attendees who exhibit unacceptable or disruptive behaviour. This is an R18 event.

1. Non-Refundable Tickets
All tickets for Beat Mountain are non-refundable if you cannot attend the event. However, you may transfer your ticket to another person using the “Gift Ticket” feature in the 7AM mobile app. If you choose to sell your ticket, please do so responsibly, as Beat Mountain and 7AM are not liable for unauthorized resale issues.
2. Postponements
If the festival is postponed to a new date, your ticket will be automatically valid for the rescheduled event. If you are unable to attend on the new date, please contact the festival organizer within 14 days of the announcement to request a refund. Refunds will exclude booking fees and payment processing fees.
3. Cancellations
In the unlikely event that Beat Mountain is cancelled, all tickets will be refunded minus booking fees and payment processing fees. The festival organizer is responsible for issuing refunds, and 7AM will support the process as authorized by the organizer. Refunds will be processed promptly and returned via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
4. Ticket Transfer Option
Tickets are transferable via the “Gift Ticket” feature in the 7AM mobile app, allowing you to give your ticket to a friend or family member. For security and compliance, please ensure you transfer the ticket only through the app.
